Our commitment is to deliver the completed brand package within 24 hours of payment confirmation. The package includes the items specifically selected and paid for at checkout with no additional services implied or included.


2. PAYMENT AND NO REFUND POLICY


2.1 Payment

Full payment is required upfront before any work commences. Prices are as displayed on our website at the time of purchase.


2.2 No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the custom nature of our Services and the rapid turnaround time, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:


  • Dissatisfaction with the design outcome

  • Change of business direction

  • Project cancellation by client

  • Technical issues on the client’s end

  • Any other reason whatsoever



By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept our strict no-refund policy.


3. DELIVERY AND TURNAROUND


3.1 Delivery Timeline

We commit to delivering your completed brand package within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times are based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).


3.2 Delivery Method

All deliverables will be provided digitally via email or the download link provided upon completion.


3.3 Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our 24-hour commitment, certain circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. In such cases, we will communicate with you promptly. No refunds will be issued for reasonable delays.


4. REVISIONS POLICY


4.1 Final Deliverables

The brand package delivered includes one round of revision. This revision must be requested within 24 hours of delivery. Any additional changes beyond the included revision will be treated as a new project and billed at our standard rates.


4.2 Pre-Delivery Information

It is the client’s responsibility to provide all necessary information, preferences, and brand requirements at the time of purchase. Any details submitted after purchase may or may not be accommodated, at Sosai Studio’s sole discretion.


4.3 Additional Changes

Requests for further edits or new concepts beyond the included revision will fall outside the scope of the 24-hour service and may incur additional costs based on project complexity and timeline.


4.4 Revision Submission Window

Clients have a maximum of seven (7) days from the time final files are delivered to submit their revision request. After this window, the project will be considered closed and any further changes will be treated as a new engagement, billed at our standard rate. It is the client’s responsibility to review their files and communicate revision needs within this timeframe.


5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


5.1 Transfer of Rights

Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables for your commercial use.


5.2 Sosai Studio Rights

Sosai Studio retains the right to:


  • Display the work in our portfolio

  • Use the work for promotional purposes

  • Retain all preliminary concepts and unused designs



5.3 Third-Party Elements

Any licensed elements (fonts, stock images, etc.) are subject to their respective licensing terms.


6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES


6.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of purchase.


6.2 Timely Communication

If we request any clarification during the 24-hour period, prompt responses are essential to ensure on-time delivery.


6.3 Legal Compliance

You must ensure that any content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sosai Studio’s maximum liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services.
